How does an eye break work?

After about 20 minutes of use, n00n opens a small box under its menu bar icon. Look into the distance for 20 seconds, then confirm within the next 20 seconds to record that you did it.

Why did my water reminder wait?

Eye breaks always take priority. n00n delays water reminders during an eye break and its confirmation period.

Does Keep Awake prevent me from closing the lid?

No. It prevents automatic idle sleep of the Mac and display while active. Closing the lid or choosing Sleep yourself still works.

Where are my records?

Eye-break and water records are kept locally on your Mac. n00n does not sync them to an account or server.

Which Macs are supported?

n00n supports macOS 13 or later on Intel and Apple silicon Macs.
