What is cadence?

The number of steps you take per minute. BeatRun Pro plays the music at exactly that speed so each beat is one step.

How do I unlock new songs?

Run. Every 1 km of running unlocks the next song. Distance carries over between runs.

Why does the App ask for location?

To measure running speed and distance while you run — for your step length, level and song distance — and to draw the route you ran. The route is saved only on your iPhone and never sent to us. Without location the App uses the pedometer.

Music stops when the screen locks.

During a run, music keeps playing on the lock screen. Please check that Motion & Fitness is allowed for BeatRun Pro.

The Apple Watch app doesn’t respond.

The watch app is a remote for the iPhone app. Open BeatRun Pro on your paired iPhone first.

How do I change ad privacy choices?

In supported regions, open Settings › Ad privacy settings in the App. Tracking can be changed in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
